Workplaces that suit it
Pantry restocking fits any workplace with a shared kitchen and nobody whose job it is to keep it full:
- Professional offices and agencies with a staff kitchen
- Coworking spaces that put out coffee and snacks for members
- Medical and dental clinics with a staff room behind the front desk
- Shops and showrooms with a breakroom behind the sales floor
- Warehouse front offices where desk staff and shift workers share one break area
In most of those places the job falls to the office manager, who ends up spending a lunch hour in a store aisle every week. We take that errand over completely.
Three decisions before the first order
We start with a short walk through the kitchen and settle three things with you. First, what to buy: favorites go on the order by type, such as dark roast, oat-milk creamer or lightly salted chips. Second, who it is for: if anyone eats gluten-free, avoids nuts, keeps halal, eats vegan or watches sugar, those notes go on the order and we buy to them. Third, how much to spend each month.
Everything is bought within that monthly budget. Staff requests left with the office manager get added as it allows, and slow movers get swapped out. If the trail mix sits while the sparkling water vanishes by Tuesday, the next order follows the team’s lead.
Items we bring in
- Ground coffee, pods, tea, creamer and sugar
- Bottled water, sparkling water, sodas and juices for the fridge
- Chips, crackers, granola bars, mixed nuts, fruit cups and similar quick snacks
- Cups, paper plates, plastic utensils and napkins
You might want a full snack wall, or coffee and water and nothing more. We buy what you approve and stop there.
Restock day, step by step
The order is bought, brought in and put away in one trip. Older stock is moved forward so nothing expires behind the new cases, the coffee station is refilled, cold drinks go straight into the fridge and the snack shelves are filled to the planned amounts.
On whatever day you pick, the shared fridge is checked for expired or forgotten food, which is cleared out by your rules, and the shelves are wiped before new drinks go in.
The kitchen reset
Filling a messy kitchen only covers up the mess, so every stop includes a reset. Counters and tables are wiped, the microwave is cleaned inside, the sink and faucet are scrubbed, grounds and drips are cleared from the coffee station and the trash and recycling go out with fresh liners.
Pairing the pantry with cleaning
If you also book our office cleaning, the restock can be timed to a regular cleaning night, so the kitchen is cleaned and refilled in the same visit. Offices that want only the pantry service can book it on a schedule of its own.
Larger workplaces with a heavy lunch hour can add day porter services to keep cups and spills under control while people eat. Restroom paper and soap are handled separately on our janitorial supplies page.
Kitchens of every layout
In North Stockton‘s low-rise professional buildings, a staff of a dozen or so may share a single kitchen, which suits a short and steady order.
An office in an older building may have a smaller break area, and the front office of a distribution center often has one break area serving desk staff and shift workers alike. A coworking space with members coming and going all day may go through more coffee and snacks than a quieter office with the same floor space. Each layout gets its own order and schedule.
What the price is based on
Groceries come out of the monthly spend you choose. The fee for our time rests on:
- Headcount and how many people use the kitchen
- How often we restock
- How long the order is and how many stores it takes
- The number of kitchens or break areas
- How much tidying each visit includes
Once you ask for a quote, we tour the kitchen with you and sketch out the opening order together.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Can you buy for staff with food allergies or special diets?
Yes. Give us the dietary notes at setup and we shop with them in mind on every run.
What happens to old food in the shared fridge?
On the day you choose, we clear out expired or forgotten items under your rules and wipe the shelves before restocking.
Do we need your office cleaning to book this?
No. Pantry restocking can be booked by itself, and if we also clean your office the restock can ride along with a regular cleaning night.
How often does a Stockton breakroom get restocked?
Most offices settle on weekly or every other week, and a busy kitchen can be restocked more often. We set the schedule at the walk-through and change it if shelves empty early or stock sits unused.
Who on our staff can ask for changes?
Your office manager or another contact you name. Changes take effect on the next restock, within your monthly budget.
