Two kinds of Stockton car lots
Stockton shops for cars in two very different settings. Stockton’s new-car stores set large showrooms in front of full service departments. Independent pre-owned dealers often work from a compact sales office beside the lot.
Both are after the same result: a buyer who walks in and sees a business that looks after things. A new-car store needs that across a showroom, a lounge and a service drive, while a pre-owned dealer needs it in a front office, a desk where the paperwork gets signed and a restroom customers actually use. We build the cleaning list around the building you have.
Showroom glass, floors and display space
Showroom windows face the street, and low afternoon sun shows every smear on them. Crews clean the inside of the glass, the entry doors and push bars, wipe display podiums and spec-sheet stands, and dust the window ledges where road dust drifts in from the lot.
The floor is cleaned around and between the display vehicles, with tire marks lifted from tile and polished concrete before they set. Burnishing keeps a high-gloss tile finish bright, and worn VCT in sales offices and hallways can be stripped and refinished through commercial floor care on a night when the floor has time to cure before opening.
Service lounge, coffee station and customer restrooms
A customer waiting out an oil change and tire rotation has time to spot every crumb in the lounge. Chairs, side tables, charging counters and the TV wall are cleaned, the coffee station’s counter, sink, machine exterior and the floor beneath it are wiped down, and every trash and recycling bin is emptied and relined.
Customer restrooms are cleaned from fixtures and partitions to mirrors and floor, and paper and soap are refilled from our supplies or yours. Where the restroom hallway connects to the shop, its floor gets extra passes to pick up the grime carried in from the bays.
Sales desks, finance offices and back rooms
Sales desks, the manager’s tower and the finance offices are wiped, chairs are pushed in, glass office fronts are cleaned and carpet is vacuumed corner to corner. Deal jackets and papers on desks stay exactly where they were left.
Conference rooms, the sales team’s break room, the business office and the title clerks’ workspace are on the same route, with counters, microwaves, refrigerator fronts and tables cleaned each visit. Offices with heavy carpet traffic can book commercial carpet cleaning during a slow week.
Service drive, parts counter and shop support rooms
The service drive is where a dealership earns repeat business. Advisor write-up stations, the cashier window, the key drop and the parts counter are wiped, and the service waiting chairs and floor are cleaned so customers never sit in the dust blown in from the drive.
Technician break rooms, locker areas, restrooms and the service manager’s office are cleaned on that same visit. Service drive and shop concrete is degreased and machine-scrubbed through concrete floor cleaning, booked for hours when the bays are clear, so less oil follows customers into the lounge.
Opening-ready, even on sale weekends
Visits are timed to your sales and service hours, so the morning sales meeting starts in a finished building and the service drive is clean before the first appointment rolls in.
Holiday sales, model-year clearances and tent events pack the showroom on weekends. We add a visit before the event and another after it, and a day porter can stay through the busiest hours to keep the lounge, coffee station and restrooms ready for the next customer.
A pre-owned dealer with one building and a lot office gets a shorter route on fewer nights, and owners with several lots can run every location on one schedule while each keeps its own checklist.
What drives dealership cleaning cost
Price follows the building and its traffic: total square footage, visits per week, the amount of showroom and office glass, the showroom floor finish, restroom count, the size of the service lounge, and the hours your sales floor and service department keep, plus event visits, porter hours and periodic concrete scrubbing.
After a walkthrough of the store, the quote lists the recurring visit and each add-on as its own line, so you can see what every piece costs.
A few useful answers
Common questions.
Do you clean small pre-owned dealerships?
Yes. A sales office, a customer desk area and a restroom beside the lot get the same care as a large showroom, on a schedule sized to the building.
Can tire marks come off the showroom floor?
Yes. Fresh tire marks are lifted during regular floor cleaning, and burnishing or a deeper scrub through floor care brings back the shine.
Do you degrease the service drive?
Yes. Service drive and shop concrete is degreased and machine-scrubbed while the bays are empty, so the floor is dry when technicians return.
Do crews leave deal paperwork on finance desks alone?
Yes. Desks are cleaned around deal jackets and papers, which stay exactly where they were left.
Can extra cleaning be added for a holiday sales weekend?
Yes. A visit before and after the event can be added, and a day porter can stay on site to look after the lounge and restrooms while the showroom is busy.
