The empty dispenser problem

An office runs for months without anyone thinking about paper towels, then one afternoon the holder in the lobby restroom is bare and a client is the one who finds it. Restroom consumables are a small line item that causes outsized embarrassment. Stockton Janitorial handles that line item. We bring the products and keep a reserve in your building, so a refill is always on hand before a holder runs out.

If you add our janitorial service, the crew can refill supplies during each cleaning, from what we supply or from your own cases. Businesses that keep cleaning in-house can buy from us anyway and have the order brought to the door.

Our product line

  • Toilet paper, standard or large rolls, to suit each stall’s holder
  • Paper towels, folded, rolled or center-pull, for restroom and kitchen sinks
  • Can liners from desk-side basket size up to large outdoor cans
  • Heavy trash bags for breakroom bins, janitor closets and dumpster runs
  • Hand soap refills, liquid or foam
  • Hand sanitizer for lobby stands, reception counters and shared desks
  • Toilet seat covers in each stall
  • Wall-mounted dispensers for paper, soap and sanitizer, supplied and put up by us

Restrooms account for most of the volume. Breakrooms add towels and soap at the sink plus fresh liners, and lobbies want sanitizer and bags for the entry can. Coffee, cold drinks and snacks belong to a separate service, explained on our breakroom and pantry restocking page.

Restocking during cleaning, when you want it

Where we clean and you want us handling supplies, the crew makes no second trip for them, and a restroom gets loaded while it is cleaned: each towel and tissue holder is opened and filled, a soap cartridge running low is changed out early, and every can that gets emptied gets a clean liner. When a room is going through product faster than normal, the crew writes it down so the next order covers it.

Since the check rides along with every visit, holders are refilled long before they run empty. Busy buildings that want refills during business hours can add day porter services, and restrooms that need more than routine care can book commercial restroom deep cleaning.

Delivered supplies for teams that clean their own space

Some businesses employ their own custodian or rotate the cleaning through the staff. Even so, somebody has to keep the closet full. We size your order from your headcount, your restroom count and how quickly product disappears, then deliver on a regular schedule. Your team loads the holders, and nobody spends time counting rolls or tracking down an order.

Should you decide later to hand the cleaning to us, little changes. The same dispensers, refills and reserve counts carry over, and our crew simply takes over the loading.

Matching dispensers to refills

Refills are only useful when they fit. Older buildings tend to collect a patchwork of towel and soap units from past tenants, each one needing a different cartridge. We supply and put up paper, soap and sanitizer dispensers, swap mismatched units for a matching set and stock only the refills made for the hardware on your walls.

New suites and remodels can have their dispensers installed before move-in, alongside the final cleanup from our post-construction cleaning.

A reserve sized room by room

Every restroom gets a reserve: a set number of each product held for it, usually in a janitor closet or cabinet nearby. On each restock the reserve is counted and filled back to that number, so a full case is already waiting the moment a holder runs out.

A lobby restroom next to a busy reception desk holds more than a two-stall restroom on an upper floor, and the counts shift as your staffing or foot traffic does. The closet stays orderly, never bare one week and buried in cases the next.

Fewer vendors, fewer reorders

Once we bring the supplies, the facility manager loses a vendor, an invoice and a reorder that kept coming back. No one has to sign for cases, compare cartridge sizes or run out for toilet paper late on a Friday.

  • One invoice, whether or not we also clean
  • Refills that suit every dispenser
  • Reserves set for each restroom
  • Nobody on staff doing inventory

Supply needs by kind of building

What a building needs depends on how it is used more than on where it stands. Offices, stores, warehouses, schools and older multi-entry buildings each draw on paper and soap in their own way, so a plan built for one kind gets adjusted for the next.

Medical offices, professional suites and retail stores have customer restrooms in use through business hours. Distribution and warehouse buildings run breakrooms through long shifts, which keeps liners and towels moving; see industrial cleaning. Older buildings with several public entries benefit from soap and sanitizer at each door, and schools and daycares see restroom traffic surge between classes.

Pricing based on your building

Rather than a price sheet, supply pricing starts from your building:

  • Headcount and daily visitors
  • The count of restrooms and fixtures
  • The rate at which each room goes through product
  • Your choice of paper and soap grade
  • How often our crew restocks or delivers
  • Dispensers to supply and put up

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can we order supplies without signing up for cleaning?

Yes, you can. Any Stockton business can buy supplies from us on their own and have them delivered, and we can put up dispensers as part of the setup.

Who loads the dispensers?

If we clean for you, our crew can fill every holder as each restroom and breakroom is cleaned, using our products or the stock you keep. With supplies-only delivery, your staff loads them from the reserve we keep stocked.

Each restroom in our building has a different towel dispenser. Can that be fixed?

Yes. We swap the mismatched units for one matching set, so a single refill type fits every restroom.

Do we get to pick the paper and soap grade?

Yes. You choose the grade of toilet paper, towels and soap, and we size the reserve to how your building uses them.
